Little Jobs
The things you don't see in a home are often the most important. Such as the foundation, termite or water logged joists and 2x4s, poor insulation, lack of caulk and exterior paint, broken shingles on a roof and so on. These "little jobs" are often so important, the cost of repair can quadruple in short order if not addressed promptly. A few photos of ugly jobs and work in progress.
